From catwalk to high street

Lanvin spring summer 2010
“I’m not a cool designer, and Lanvin is not a cool brand,”
Alber Elbaz insisted with his typical self-deprecation
at the end of yet another standout show.
Gorgeous floating maxi skirts, pleated like shells under the sea.
contrasted with a natural green coloured top & topped off with
stunning ornate brooches connected to a new take on the belt.
These pieces below are my high street versions.
obviously not the real thing but at half the
price you can’t go wrong:)
Dark ivy pleated midi skirt – Yayer £30
Navy Lace Halter Crop Blouse £20
Topshop Mustard Sheer Maxi Skirt £45
Topshop Chocolate Leather Double buckle belt £28
Vintage jewellery – regency Rhinestone bug brooch £48

Or you could always go for the real thing

Lanvin Swarovski crystal insect

necklace at a pricey £1,145
